3. We accept 50% advance payment and rest at the time of checkin.
4. Tour cancellation cab be done 15 days before the tour start date. In this case full payment is refundable. We refund within 2 working days.
5. No cancellation before 15 days of tour start date, no refund in this case.
6. No cancellation in case of any safari booking.
7. If tour includes safari and you are eligible for cancellation. In this case we refund after deducting safari cost.
8. We are not responsible for any payment failure from your side.
9. We execute your tour based on the itinerary only.
